About Charles LiMandri

 

 

Charles LiMandri, President and Chief Counsel

Mr. LiMandri is double Board Certified in Pre-Trial Litigation and Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is admitted to practice law in California, New York, Washington, D.C., and before the United States Supreme Court. As an accomplished trial advocate with a national reputation, leading a team of FCDF attorneys, Mr. LiMandri is well qualified to handle cases involving religious-liberty issues.

 

 

Attorney Profile

Charles LiMandri received his law degree from Georgetown University Law School and has been practicing law for over 30 years. He is an experienced Civil Litigator who enjoys defending his clients with passion. He and his wife Barbara have been married 22 years and have five children. They reside in north San Diego County.

Charles LiMandri studied the life and works of Saint Thomas More for a year as a graduate student on the USD-Oxford Program in England.  This larger than life size bronze bust of Saint Thomas More was donated by Charles LiMandri to the USD Law School and is located in the center of the main floor.  Mr. LiMandri has given presentations on Saint Thomas More and legal ethics at USD Law School, the Catholic Medical Association Annual Conference and numerous other venues.
