BOARD OF DIRECTORS

  Charles Limandri - President and Chief Counsel
Charles is double Board Certified in Pre-Trial Litigation and Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and he is admitted to practice law in California, New York, Washington, D.C. and before the United States Supreme Court.
     
  Byrnes Lambert - Vice-President
Byrnes is a San Diego based real estate professional. He is passionate about developing and managing commercial real estate projects and he has assisted and directed dozens of Catholic non-profits since 1998. Byrnes is active on multiple non-profit boards and shares a blessed life with Tammy, his wife, and their six children.
     
  Travis King - Treasurer
Travis King is the CEO of Brixton Capital, a private investment firm with more than $800 million of assets under management.  As Chief Executive Officer, Travis is responsible for the overall operations of the firm including acquisitions, financing, asset management and investor relations. Travis has nearly 20 years of real estate, private equity, investment and capital markets experience, having been instrumental in completing more than $3.2 billion of transactions across a variety of alternative investment platforms, including investment banking, private equity and real estate. Prior to becoming the CEO of Brixton, Travis was a Managing Director at WestcoreProperties, a real estate investment firm which owns and operates nearly $2 billion of office and industrial real estate where he served as a member of both the Company’s Executive and Investment Committees. Travis also spent several years as a Managing Director with Silver Portal Capital, a boutique real estate investment bank, where he was involved in sourcing, marketing, structuring and closing more than $550 million of institutional equity joint ventures and direct equity investments. Previously, Travis was with Salomon Brothers, where he was involved in analyzing and executing financing and mergers and acquisitions across a wide-range of industries.

Travis graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa and with highest distinction honors in Political Science and International Relations from the University of California at San Diego. He also earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.  Travis lives with his wife and seven children in Encinitas, CA.
     
  Kenneth Wood - Secretary
Ken Wood has practiced law in Rancho Santa Fe since 1976 in the areas of Trusts, Estates, and Real Estate Law. He also has extensive experience in nonprofit and equine law. During a brief hiatus from law, Mr. Wood served as Senior Vice President and Private Client Wealth Advisor for a major trust company. He graduated from UCLA's Anderson School of Business and the UCLA Law School. Mr. Wood has been very active in community organizations and events since moving to Rancho Santa Fe in 1974.
     
  Fred Clark
Fred obtained his J.D. form the University of California, Berkeley and his M.B.A. from Harvard University. He is a philanthropist who serves on the Board of Directors of various nonprofit organizations including the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS), the Institute of Religion and Public Life (First Things Magazine), the Patient’s Rights Council, Thomas More College of Liberal Arts, and the Witherspoon Institute. He is married to Peggy Clark and they have two children.
     
  Maggie Gallagher
Maggie Gallagher is a columnist at National Review, the author of four books on marriage and the co-founder of the National Organization for Marriage.
     
  Billie Jorgensen
Billie is a retired registered nutritionist and has been active in many non- profit organizations around the country including three in Southern California: Adoption Guild, San Diego Center for Children, and Kids Aid. She is married to Mark Jorgensen, has two married sons and four grandchildren.
     
  Claire Reiss
Claire is the current Owner and President of Reisung Enterprises, Inc., a commercial real estate development company which specializes in build- to-suit commercial properties especially for high tech and bio tec companies. She is the widow of biotech entrepreneur  Robert Edward Reiss.  A woman of faith, she carries on Bob's passion for creating jobs and saving lives.  Claire was born and raised in Gui Zhou, China. After migrating to the U.S, she studied Medical Technology.  She is an avid philanthropist in many fields.

FCDF is a 501(c)3 nonprofit public-interest law firm which defends the conscience rights and religious freedom of those of all faiths and no faith.
